We are offering a guided meditation journey (40 consecutive days) starting 25th June! This time the focus is on the topic of mental balance and the 5 elements.
You will learn about the 5 elements that are present in the macrocosm (the universe) as well as in the microcosm (our physical body). From a yogic perspective mental balance is closely related to those elements and their impact on our 5 senses. Working on balancing the elements, keeping them in harmony will balance as well our mental state.
