Imaginative movements are complemented by short concentration and relaxation exercises. There is also meditation and singing of songs and mantras together.
In addition to individual elements from adult yoga, such as physical exercises and (short) meditations, sometimes stories are told or guided dream journeys are undertaken in this course. This gives the children the opportunity to consciously relax and get to know themselves better.
